What if I've worked with a marketer before and it wasn't a good fit?
You’re not alone in this. Many clinics have invested time or money into marketing that ended up feeling both generic and overly complicated. The goal isn’t to make your practice like everyone else’s.
It’s to help the right families find and connect with the services you already provide.
Can I keep some marketing in-house?
Absolutely. Many clients choose to keep parts of their marketing like social media and then outsource things like SEO or email support.
Do I need both seo and email marketing?
In short, no. Where you are with your practice can give you the answer. If your clinic is new and building up it’s client list, the getting your website as visible as possible. And if you’re more established, but want to deepen your connection then it might make sense to start with emails.
DO I ALREADY NEED TO HAVE A WEBSITE OR MAILING LIST?
Not necessarily. If you have something in place already, we can review and see if it makes sense to update/modify and grow from there. And if you don’t have anything started, we can review the different available options and find the best fit for your goals.

Yes, and it’s not because I read about it online somewhere. I’m part of a neurodivergent family. I’ve been the parent searching at 10pm, trying to find someone I can trust with my child. That experience is why I work exclusively in this space, and it influences every word I write for your practice.
